Created to put ear-to-ear smiles, these stuffed animals come with a playful attitude and customizable tees. Each plushie is 8" tall, and features polyester and plastic pellet stuffing, while their tees are 100% cotton. Perfect for ages 3+.

Aeoon KYO and Kornit Storm Hexa are state-of-the-art digital presses, which provide the highest quality output. Inks: Kyo utilizes Dupont inks that are environmentally friendly and are Oeko-Tex and GOTS certified. The vibrant colors provide astonishing results on black, white, and various color textiles. Storm Hexa - Neo Pigment Inks are non-hazardous, non-toxic, and biodegradable.
Quality control: Garments are individually inspected during each phase of the process, to ensure the correct size, image, and highest quality print are received.

Spot-clean the surface with mild soapy water and a microfiber cloth. Then, remove the soap residue with a warm, damp microfiber cloth. Let air dry.

We do not accept returns and only offer replacements. If your item is defective, you do not need to return it; instead, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
We want your order to be exactly how you want it! We recognize that everyone makes mistakes (including ourselves!). Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order. Check spelling, names, and options thoroughly.
Your order can only be cancelled or modified within two hours of being placed. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

In case you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and include your order number as well as the adjustment you want to make. We will notify you once the change or cancellation has been made.

We cannot promise that your order will be delivered on time if it requires design adjustment, as it will take us much longer to modify your design during the holiday season.
Please keep in mind that purchase implies acceptance of all of the terms listed above.
3. Refund Policy
We do not exchange or issue full refund unless the item you received is:
- Not what you ordered;
- Entirely different from the description;
- Damaged as a result of our factory's or the carrier's error;
- Incorrect designs or colors in comparison to the preview.
NOTE:
We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer's mistakes such as:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct;
- Incorrect shipping addresses;
- Invalid address entry;
- Improper care, damages in use.
We can only offer you a discount for reordering in the cases above.
Please allow the 15% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date for replacement/refund request only. If your purchase falls out of that timeframe, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
To file a claim, please contact us here and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/ photo of the defective product
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem

We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
Modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.
